Unable to update


I export data, enrich or not enrich in excel but when I try to import in CRM, I don't see the flag "enrich....blablabla".
I didn't modify ids, modifiedon and the record wasn't modified since I exported.
If I select the entity (in my case Account) from the picklist in the import wizard I can see the "Automatic Mapping" applied...so what's wrong?
It seems that the CRM doesn't recognize id and modifiedon fields...
Please help, I need to update records ASAP.

I've found that the problem is with ACCOUNT entity (and maybe others)!
I've tried with Competitors and Leads and everything works fine.

Any ideas?

Yes, I met this problem on the customiztion entity, no enrich option, i can not update them.
